L's Blog: A lush, memorable experience.

This post relates to: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Braid

I'm talking about Braid, fellow Giant Bomb users. I have posted a review, which is (no surprise!) on my reviews page. Hope you enjoy the read (at least a tiny little bit). I so wish I could get a career in writing. I'm not the best but when I compare myself to people back at my school, I felt so special.

Anyway, I gave it 4 stars, which is very good. I did feel some parts could have been a little better - the rewinding after death was annoying, since sometimes you would rewind and then still be in the animations where you collide with the enemy. I was also left 'wanting more' too. Now, for reviews on Giant Bomb, I'm not giving away half stars, since I believe it should just be simple with the whole star system (staff do not use half stars in their reviews). As soon as I can edit reviews, I will change the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare one I have from 4.5 to 5 stars.

My reviews on GameSpot stay the same, since they use a completely different scoring system. I gave Call of Duty 4 a 9.0 on GameSpot but I'm simply not doing a conversion for the Giant Bomb format. Some video games I may feel warrant a 5 star rating here on Giant Bomb, even though they only earned say an 8.0 on GameSpot.
