Wow, this game controls well. And has a great story. What I've played so far makes it an easy 6th best game of the year.

It was a good, long game with fun shooting. While the story is paper thin to say the least, the unique characters, the many interesting side missions and the bazillion guns are enough to keep you wanting more.

The combat is great, the story is great, but because I'm not a fan of Batman it's not higher on the list. Also, that Killer Croc stuff was and still is dumb and annoying.

The controls do feel slightly clunky, but I'm willing to overlook that as the cool multiplayer and the atmospheric single player make this a great game that's worthy of being the ninth best game of the year. Rico's dumbass-ness is the real disappointment here.

It was a refreshing change from the original, but it was a short lived experience that wasn't quite the game I wanted it to be.
