I'd use the sock full of quarters to bash in those stupid reflective sunglasses.

The queues are slowly getting better. Last night I had to wait about an hour, the first day it was 3.  I am logging in right now with a 10 minute wait.
 
I think as people slowly move out of the starter areas they will let more people in.

it is extremely polished. Lots of mechanics that are in place at launch that you wouldn't expect for an MMO until later in it's life. 
 
The soul mechanic is the best part. You can mix and match lots of different sub-classes into your main class.  Like make a healing mage, or a tanking-rogue.   That is the best part of the game. 
 
I find the combat to be more challenging than WoW.  NPCs can be tough to kill. 
 
Overall I am really enjoying it.  Only level 16 at the moment, but a great first impression.
