I did the research for the Spacewar game.  Don't worry, at least back when it was made, assuming you were born (I wasn't) the machine would have cost a portion of a university's budget to have.  When I was a kid I played a version of it in a grocery store that was pretty close to that one, and you can actually find some emulators online that get pretty close to some of the original configurations.
