Revenge of Shinobi was hard, but good.  I imagine if I played it now I'd get stomped because I've forgotten where all the secret power-ups are.

@ahoodedfigure:  one of my favourites too. shinobi beats the knock-off batman, spiderman, gozilla and even a terminator (robert cop?). if i played that game again these days, i would wager i would get stuck on the last door-maze level >< always had trouble with that for some reason. awesome list man
