I've had very few issues playing SimCity. In fact, I've been having a blast. Maybe it's me, or maybe it's because I have a life and that having anticipated launch issues, I really was not that upset when things were so bad the first couple of days.

This is the SimCity game I've always wanted. I love playing with friends, working together to accomplish goals. Playing alone can be just as much fun, although juggling 4+ cities can get a bit daunting. Even if you don't like it as much as another version, you have to admire the ingenuity and design work here. And even with some of the server side systems gimped for the time being, these systems all work so well together it really is quite amazing.

Any game that is MMO is going to have launch issues. I thought most of us have come to accept this lol. People who get this upset by this should probably just wait a few weeks to purchase games such as these, because it's going to happen to them all until enough people know how to prevent these things.

ATI is running a sick deal right now if you buy a Radeon card. You get three brand new games and 20% off COD. I don't need a new card but I was tempted to crossfire just because thats like $150 in games alone lol.

Reinstalling your OS likely won't fix you're issues alone. You need to backup important data and reformat the drive completely. If you really wanna do it right, buy a separate hard-drive. Keep all you data/games/music/important software on one. Use your smaller drive just for the OS and extra space. That way if anything happens to your windows install, your data should be safe.

Even though it's the big thing, I really dislike cloud services. I don't like the idea that everything I own can disappear because lightning struck too close to the central servers.

If your using a cloud storage service as your main storage and not as a backup, you're doing it all wrong dude. Backing up your work to a cloud service offers you additional peace of mind as well as the ability to access that work from where ever you might want to. And it's a bit paranoid to think these companies have employees perusing the millions of files that are updated everyday for some sort of IP they can steal. Also, don't upload anything with sensitive personal information, like your taxes lol.

Anyone else notice that original Gamespot editor Greg Kasavin is part of Supergiant Games? I was pleasantly surprised by this revelation in the end credits.

I stopped reading when you said the game was too easy and played itself, but when you turned up the difficulty, it was just too hard! Give me a break dude. The game has a ton more options for adjusting the difficulty than most any other game I've ever played and your complaining that it's either too easy or just too hard. Fail.

@RenMcKormack: How can they stand writing anything! They have to cock the page sideways and wrap their entire hand around. And if they use a real ink pen, the smear that shit all over the fucking page!
