Oh my God. So sad. I am so sorry guys. Ryan will be deeply missed. My heart goes out to you Vinny, Jeff, Brad, Patrick, and the rest of the GB crew. I'm glad I got to meet Ryan and talk about our shared love for Newbalance sneakers. He was a stand up guy.
This "Open Source" Console has sparked my interest in learning how to develop software and games. For 99 bucks I can have the erector set of game consoles. The potential of the hacker/mod community involvement could be amazing. It reminds me of the cool stuff people are creating with Arduino microcontrollers etc. BTW. if you don't like android than use or write something else! Its root mod-able! it has a USB port, plug in a Kinect, plug in a arduino, plug in a makeymakey electrostatic controller board and control your games using bananas!
There have been several occasions when a game has come up in conversation and no one has been able to remember the title. Thanks to Giant Bomb I have been able to save the day and be the envy of all my peers.
All that I ask is that you continue to be Giant Bomb. As soon as you hire a pretty girl to give me video game news in a attempt to increase viewership I'm outta here. I have nothing against female gamers. I have something against Corporate media conglomerates thinking a pretty girl who can read from a teleprompter is what will keep me watching. I think you know what I'm getting at.
I played through the demo not really knowing what I was doing. the controls were a little quirky. and the animations were a little weak. Don't think I will buy till it is sub $20.
Alyx is by far the hottest game character in my opinion. Maybe it's her personality...or her big eyes. I dunno I just really dig her. Anyone else with me on this?
So I was taking a look at some of the Character pages and I was thinking, "what if I could submit a movie clip of a character in action" will there be user submitted video option in edit mode?
