Rummage Get!

To let off some steam after swimming through some paperwork, I rooted through some piles of games looking for Wizardry 8.  I couldn't find Wiz 8 (and now I think I left it behind somewhere, which sucks) but I found these.

Outlaws is awesome! Had completely forgot about that game.

@TMThomsen: Yes.  I love it.  Actually a played the demo of it to death, which takes place in that old false-front town with all the weird secrets.  Damn that was fun.

Sim City 2000 was a pretty awesome game.  Not sure how it would hold up now, especially after playing 3000.

You didn't find Wiz 8? Awww.... Well, there are *cough* other ways to obtain it, but those are dark roads indeed.
I haven't played any of the games on this list other than Disciples 2 (which I think is alright), and a little bit of Jedi Knight (which I remember thinking was alright).

Woah...I've actually played most of these games (even more of them on demo discs kindly supplied by PC Gamer). But man, Outlaws! I loved that game! The demo anyway...played that one a lot.
I've played Outcast as well. The voxel graphics are pretty terrible but the soundtrack and the universe that they've created are pretty amazing. I think it was composed by the Russian Orchestra or something like that. But yeah, play that. I'll say you'll like it.
SimCity 2000 was good. But SimCity 3000 was much better. (Had a snazzy soundtrack too!)
Homeworld. The campaign was hard but the music was great. Probably the best space strategy series there is out there, to me at least. Expansion pack to this was great too.
Civ II. I played this one a lot. Though my copy is one the updated versions so it doesn't come with the big cardboard boxes that PC games came in at the time. I did however, find an original copy of the manual at a store in town once. Picked it up for 10 quid. It's not big a book as the CivIV manual was but it's still nice to have.
All in all, great list mate!

@ArbitraryWater: The "meh" feeling is what I get from a lot of these.  Perhaps that's why they were hidden.  Outlaws is cool, though, I remember liking the first Dark Forces which is on a similar engine, and Outcast was fun when I played the demo.  Has interesting terrain design.  Riven was all right, but I know not everyone's into Cyan.

@eroticfishcake: It looks like I might try Outcast when I find the time.  Seems like that one's been burning a hole in my brain the longest of all of these.
