Well, a few of the trailers claim that they're "actual gameplay footage," but the only videos release of the game are the 3-4 trailers that everyone's seen.
Only if I had already played them. Which makes it great that they still avoid spoilers, since I won't have a chance to play Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age, Uncharted 2, MW2, etc. until the summer.

Depends on what you mean by 'major update.' Various statements from Robin Walker have stated that they plan to continuously release new items (like the recently added community items). They eventually want to have enough so that there are more items than backpack space, forcing players to choose what to keep instead of having everything.
I'm also sure they'll continue to release 'official' versions of popular community maps.
