use a nonsense phrase that you will remember. Something like thebigorangewaterofasia, or something like that. It's much much harder to crack than say an eight digit password with symbols, numbers and upper lower case. Easier to remember as well.
Is onlive available? I've read hundreds of stories about it but didn't know if it had moved that much beyond the theory and a few news releases.
I can get about 2.5 mbs but it varies depending on what devices are active (as well as the time of day). My friends with FIOS can get about 6 mbs, not sure about the variability but I assume it's there. Seems like the telecom companies are quickly maxing out what they are able to provide, and that can't be good news for a service like this.
What type of speed you will need to have to run this type of system, and how they can address the peaks and valleys that all users have.
Sorry to hear it. Like the others I've been able to get in and play recently, but it's been spotty and the lag once I'm connected is horrible for the first 20 minutes. You can't get in now but how much of the game have you played? If you are over certain hours played or level they might deny any return.
@Renahzor: Got it. You see a low priced item, click on "bid" and by the time it registers the item price reflects several other bids that were made in the few seconds it takes to process. That is a problem, especially with three servers world wide.
But what about gear? I can't find any restriction on what you can put up for auction (no Bind on Equipped, Bind on Pickup etc.). I think you can even put up used items or things you've bought via auction. As time goes on the amount and quality of gear will keep improving to a point where useful drops will be much harder to come by compared to what you can get at the AH after a few hours of mob grinding.
They've removed all gem and commodity auctions because (I assume) it was devaluing the worth of drops. With no level requirements, you could get an End game Gem for a 100g at level one.
As it is, you can get insane gear on the cheap at the Auction house. Things keep dropping in game, money is still being made, I don't see how they can stop this deflation from happening outside of nerfing every item in game.
Rise of Nations reboot, Warcraft 4, New Quantam Dreams game, New Jak game, NFL 2k game, Adventure game in the ilk of Syberia, Rise of Legends / Age of Mythology type RTS, Crash Bandicoot game (from ND), Age of Empires 4.
Don't want:
FPS sequels. Agree with the poster who said no Bioware announcements. They're still great but need to take a step back and reevaluate what they are doing.
