Just had the same issue with (cm.netseer.com) on this thread. After going back and trying to view the thread again I had no warnings so maybe it's an advert?
If the steam forums are anything to go by it looks like a poor port (I haven't tried it myself)
I was hoping for at least a half decent version considering the game runs on unreal engine, how could they miss out something so simple as resolution control?
I was having the same issue last night, seems like I've fixed it by moving the game off my SSD and onto my old harddrive. Might be just lucky, but if you are running it on an SSD it might be worth a try.
I tried signing up and I was getting the same error, after a bit of searching it seems the solution to the upload error is to rename the DxDiag.txt, I changed mine to aDxDiag.txt and it worked.
I hope I get a chance to play in the beta, it's been way too long since Simcity 4
As a PC player who has 130+ hours of bf3 and was planning on buying all the DLC this sounds great, not really sure why it's getting so much hate. 20 maps, 20 weapons, 10 vehicles, 4 game modes for $50 is more content than I've paid for full games.
