1. Endless Ocean: Blue World
Unique, relaxing ocean-based RPG with real devotion to the appreciation and conservation of ocean life.
2. Muramasa: The Demon Blade
Madcap exploration/combat game with a style all its own, and lots of wonderful little touches.
3. Dead Space Extraction
The best Dead Space game - the best lightgun game I've ever played.
4. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
Very fine eerie story, brilliantly presented, great use of the wiimote as torch.
5. Little King's Story
Nice mix of strategy and RPG feel, and also a sly satire on aggressive imperialism.
6. Wii Music
Not much fun for adults. But as a game of musical exploration and expression for children it's a marvel.
7. Red Steel 2
Great visual style, and the best version of first-person swordfighting yet seen.
8. Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure
Lovingly-crafted puzzle game, inspired by the Lucasarts classics.
9. de Blob
Action packed city-painting game, great use of bold colour.
A really fun idea, and full of crazy physics nonsense.
