I feel like content has been better this year than last. Thursday Night Throwdown was a neat idea but it got stale really fast. Unprofessional Fridays works a lot smoother, the Podcast is still great, and there's a wealth of daily video content that's niche but interesting.
@allworkandlowpay: Yes, because unwavering and unquestioning faith in oneself has traditionally been such a great trait in leaders.
Unfortunate reality. Leadership often is given to you by others because you have several or all of some of these traits: Charisma, Confidence, Wisdom. Asking how you would know if you are leadership material is already wavering in your own self-confidence, and establishing a lack of applied wisdom to the situation. That's simply not what a leader does. It inspires no confidence in others of you. It's like "The Game," If you are thinking about it, you already lost.
We have no business in other peoples affairs. We shouldn't disrupt and alter the course of events of other countries based on faulty or incomplete information. We should just deal with our own people and fix our own shit. We will make less enemies, lose less lives and be able to make more improvements at home.
I can't be the only person on this site that is into analog time-wasters as much as those new-fangled electronic ones. GenCon is an annual board and card game convention that happens every year Aug 15-18 in Indianapolis, the self-described "best four days in gaming."
So am I the only duder on Giant Bomb going? I know Max Temkin and crew is usually there. Will we be throwing up Sim-gang signs as we pass each other in the trade hall?
You might want to put a layer of cream color or yellowish-gray over his head and multiply it to around 7-12%. Right now the face is sticking out too much from the rest of the portrait. Try to blend it into the tones of the actual painting. Otherwise, awesome.
