Ok so I phoned Microsoft a few days ago about my Xbox 360 video fault. They have the weirdest support line, they ask you all sorts of questions and instead of the usual press 2 to continue or whatever you have to talk to a voice recognition system. It complemented me on my choice on buying an Xbox 360. Then once i go through saying "other" tonnes (or whatever I said) I get through to a french woman (i'm guessing). She was actually quiet helpful and just asked the questions I expected. My Xbox 360 is stittng in the hall waiting on UPS to pick it up any day now. It'll be missed but really its a good idea as it won't distract me from my exams coming up in May.
