Ehh, its fine, I'm sure I would be drunk enough to play it as a dumb song at some point. I'm pretty sure you can find much worse on the internet, I am reminded of that band they talked about on the Bombcast (Brokencyde or something).
I found the question "Which gender do you find easiest to relate to when it comes to video game characters?" to be rather difficult to answer. I find it easiest to relate to well-developed characters (of which there are very few in video games, in my experience), and gender doesn't really enter into it. So, when answering that question, a third option would have been nice.
I think Kenway had a pretty strong story arc centered around his realization on the price of ambition, and nicely mirrors the parable of the Jackdaw Roberts tells you in the dream sequence. He is the jackdaw trying to be the eagle (don't forget the Assassins are strongly associated with eagles), but his ambition only loses his freedom (on the island and again in the Jamacan prison) and part of himself (his friends). After the dream sequence he finally gives up on his ambition and accepts his place in the world. You can also see this reflected in the other pirates, who all struggle with the fact the selfish life of pirates is inherently self destructive, with either trying to get out or getting themselves killed.
I do agree that the quick reset after the big story missions were kinda lame, and they really need to do something with the combat.
