@csl316: I can give a short one. The first impression is that the vampires are stronger than humans. However, as I play against more and more experienced player, it is a lot closer than it seems.
The classes seems quite balanced. The maps are pretty cool and varied. It is not pay2win, you do start with slightlier weaker skills than the ones you can pay with gold (ingame currency) or gemstones (which you get by paying with real money). You can either rent or buy skills (7 days) or weapons (7 days) or perks (7 or 30 days). I would highly recommend renting, it is a lot cheaper and you earn more than enough gold to try stuff out.

If you duders have any interest in buying bundles in the game, I recommend buying with in-game gemstone, the price difference with steam are huge. Though the in-game bundles are only in the closed beta.

It is a fun game. The only bad thing right now is that you don't punished for leaving a game, so people who are unlucky or suck, tend to leave a bit too early. Not enough people play siege mode either, which is sad. That mode is team deathmatch + capture the objective (who can capture depends on the map).

The skins of the game can only be bought with gemstones, except the evolved skins ones. They can be achieved on class level 25 (which would take some weeks of playing).

I, in a way, wish I had more time to spend on this website. I simply love the podcast, been listening to it religously every week since fall of 2009, that is longer than I have studied at my university. In that manner I felt I somewhat lost someone I knew with Ryan's passing. While I do agree that his absence is surely missed, I don't agree that the group dynamic is destroyed in any way. SURE, the podcast might focus more on non-gaming stuff, but I found that hilarous. To me it is the personalities and not nesscicerly the content of what they are speaking of, that is important. I mean, this trend of delivery guy stories and the "I hate Y country, or X location" e-mails are becoming way to amusing. I always look forward to the next rant.

Regarding Jeff, I thought he always hated "everything". I laughed a bit when he didn't have much love for board or tabletop games.

I think the part I enjoyed the most were the random pc game and endurance runs. The former was the reason I subscribed for a year at all.
But I currently have so many different hobbies that requires a lot of my time. I guess having something awesome to look at while painting and preparing my miniature armies would be a motiviation to buy a subscription again.

Tbh, I just listen to the podcast and watch a couple of quick looks.

Played DA:O a lot, love that game. Barely finished DA II, not that excited for number 3.
So no, I wouldn't buy another version of it.
