oh my god. That snippet from the leaked design doc makes this sound like the coolest game ever. Who wouldn't want to drive to the Hoover Dam in a monster truck with guns on it?
I bought into the hype of the original game. I expected something akin to what we got from the recent Battlefield: Bad Company. After five minutes you quickly learn that you've already seen everything the game has to offer. Despite how uninteresting that sounds the game still managed to be worth a playthrough just because you wanted to experience the sights and sounds of those wonderful explosions. I hope they turn the sequel into something more than the first game's very, very simple gameplay.
I know this is on the fourth page so nobody is going to read it but I would really love to see the agents from the first game fighting criminals with superpowers. Imagine the Crackdown agent versus the guy from Infamous, wouldn't that be awesome? Maybe the game could include two campaigns, one for each side.
