After saving up for the entire year, bought myself an Omega watch (which I had wanted since I turned 21).

All I can say is Thank You Austin. In the short time you were with giant bomb, you were able to provide such a strong, passionate, and joyous voice to the site. Although I will miss your presence on GB, I am thankful that I can look back on the wonderful content you left us with and I am super excited to see what awaits you next.

From Mexico, so it's all delicious. But if I had to choose my last meal it would be a bowl of Menudo (estilo Sinaloa) garnished with chopped onion and cilantro, a little crushed chiltepin, and some buttered toasted pan de torta on the side.

Try to find out who will be interviewing you and look them up online. Usually they will have a LinkedIn profile. It will give you an idea of who they are and their background.

Research the company you will be working for. Know what they do and how your role benefits them.

Have your resume in hand as they will be asking questions directly related to it.

Finally, as so many have stated, be yourself. It will help you relax and look more confident during the interview.

Good luck!

Agree with everyone recommending Dan Carlin's Hardcore History. Also, there are the "This Year" recaps of the Bombcast http://www.thisyearcollection.org/

Damn it Patrick!!! I know its selfish not wanting anyone from the team to leave, but I guess that is life. THANK YOU not only for the great content you produced, but also for being so passionate about your points of view. I did not always agree, but I always respected the intelligent discussions you brought up. Best of luck on all your future adventures!
