Could have just been a cheap cash-in, but it's completely playable and frequently more fun than it has a right to be.
-
Missed the first game, but some made a fuss over its clever AI. That wasn't here, but it was an okay little shooter besides.
-
Sloppy movement controls, sloppy shooting controls, silly story. Some enemy encounters are okay, but this needs more work.
-
As third-person action platformers go, this is...among a very few! Issues need addressing going forward, but great start.
-
Old problems unfixed and new problems introduced, this wasn't a total disappointment, but also not the sequel I wanted.
-
-
Decent shooting action and some novel fun at the ending, but otherwise doesn't do enough with its time control premise.
-
Very stylish, and that style carries it through its slowest parts. I can't defend the price of entry for the length, though.
-
On a whim I buy this musically-bent puzzle game. Hours later I'm quite happy to have done so. Can't wait for a sequ--OH WAIT
-
Great story, middling gameplay. I was tired of knocking away shadow-shields long before the end. What's next, Remedy?
-
A breath of fresh air after two years of MW multiplayer. The campaign was a damn sight more enjoyable, too.
-
Surprising in many ways. Not enough to hook me, but it's a legitimate, playable fighting game, rare for a Mortal Kombat title.
-
Man is this game fun! I was sold on a verbal description, but playing the real thing is even better than what I expected.
-
Being truer to the tale of the three kingdoms, story mode carries more weight. Too bad about forced character selection.

It took 26 years, but finally, a good TF game! Arkham Asylum last year and now this, what's next?
-
Blowing things up is always fun, but without adequate motivation, the purpose of this gameplay becomes "just 'cause." (sorry)
-
Never quite reaches its potential, but an enjoyable experience nonetheless.
-
Though Bioware found a way to make resource gathering even more tedious, this was a great ride. Can't wait for part three!

The fighting is still bad, Namco's netcode is still bad, and I still play more than I should, knowing how bad it is.
-
Combining good-enough gunplay and a plethora of guns ended up scratching an itch I didn't even know I had--for a while.
-
The novelty of this game's wrinkles in third-person shooting action wore off long before the last enemy fell.
-
One of the best licensed-property games ever and one of the year's best titles, this game did not disappoint.
-
This is one of the best PlayStation 2 first-person shooters I've ever played.
-
Nihilism in the name of a free Mars makes for a fun romp--with great multiplayer objective modes to boot!
-
A great, super-powered, open-world, action-adventure marred only by two of the most nefarious boss fights in recent memory.
-
Save your sanity; don't play this game.
