MW3 is a cake walk compared to MW1, i did all three Veterans this year (in the last couple of months) building up to the release of MW3 and MW1 is the hardest of the three. I did MW3 in the space of 24 hours (playing for an hour here and there) on Veteran and not much of it felt difficult at all.

It took me more time doing Mile High on it's own than the whole of MW3, i ended up taking about 5 hours or so total and i shot the hostage 3 times :/

The hardest one i have done is Call Of Duty 2 and that took me 15 months on and off, and i hated every minute of it. By far the hardest 1000 points i have achieved.

great read, Harmonix are still one of the few developers that can get me excited for what they bring out. I'm still waiting for my copy of Dance Central 2 to arrive, can't wait to play it!

i put £10 down on the reason behind the delay being those pesky piraters cracking the PS3 wipe open.

They don't want their system seller to be victim to piracy so they'll ramp up the security on the game and then stick it out.

i played the trial version today and liked what i saw, so at the end of Level 1 when it asked me do i want to buy it i purchased the game and then carried on playing. After playing for a few levels i realised i wasn't getting many achievements so i had a look at what they were and they were acheivements i should have gotten already (example: kill 20 enemies) the only achievement that pinged was the kill 100 enemies.

To fix this i had to delete my savegame and start again, then the achievements came on as they were supposed to.

If u like the game and you choose to buy it, quit out the trial, buy it then start again from the beginning

Not that it fully matters because this game is fun and you'll play it over and over anyway, it was mostly just for that 'kill 20 enemies' achievement because you cant do that again once it starts tallying up your kill number.

Hope this helps a few peoples!!!

Sonic 3 is my all time favourite Sonic game, so it was a definate that i was gonna buy it to complete my XBL trilogy collection anyways, and i bought Gunstar Heroes for the sake of owning it because its not on the Mega Drive Ultimate Collection didn't have it.

The only other one i did buy was Altered Beast because i needed a game to tie me over while i waited for "Burnout Paradise: Big Surf Island" to download, it took me about an hour to complete it and get all 200 points, which is suprising too because i absolutely hate Altered Beast ... i always have done, it's a dreadful game. But it was worth it for the achievements i suppose.

Is getting these games again for achievements really a bad thing? i don't think so tbh. Although i haven't bothered with the other 3 releases for the basic fact that i don't like them :) I'll probs buy Sonic & Knuckles when that hits XBLA too.
