ugh. This is pretty much a textbook case of wrong person, wrong format. When I realized Abby was the one that was going to be talking about it on the podcast I knew that it wasn't going to be up her alley. I've found the writing to be really pretty excellent for the most part, and as far as the sexualization of women characters is concerned, I never ran into that (the first lady you encounter outside your hotel room aside), and suspect the issue might be with the character Abby rolled. Since everything is text/dialog based, the stats work a lot differently than they do in typical CRPGs. I'm not surprised if she was getting dialog that was overly sexualized towards women characters-- she went low intelligence and high physique. If she wasn't familiar with the game going in, it's an easy enough mistake to make, but this is not a game where you're cleaving goblins in twain with a broadsword. That's not her fault, but it also doesn't mean that her experience with the game is indicative of the game as a whole.
