Mortal Kombat X moves forward with a snappier version of the previous game's fighting and some cool new characters, but the story and other features around the edges feel a bit rough in spots.
The ways that Axiom Verge resembles Metroid help set up and drive home the ways that Axiom Verge is most definitely not Metroid.
Hotline Miami's thrillingly brutal gameplay is stretched to the point of breaking in this aesthetically pleasing, but otherwise disappointing sequel.
Actually, this is terrible. Oh no!
This is really fantastic.
Couldn't you argue that if one of those pieces came off the gun in the process of taking the slide off quickly, it would be really hard to find and would take a while to put back together if it was found, effectively rendering the gun useless for that encounter?
As I said in the last video it is really silly that this game thinks taking the slide off a gun is destroying it. That is more or less field stripping and guns are designed to be easily taken apart to some extent for that purpose.
Here's a video of a 1911 being "field stripped" and put back together for those curious.
Did anyone else notice that the medical chart said "23th March"?
I love JRPGs, don't know how Ni No Kuni slipped past my radar. Definitely want to play it after hearing all the Drippy talk on the GOTY podcasts.
Damn. What shady part of town are you guys in?
@Napalm: It's downtown San Francisco, they were driving by the Moscone Center in the beginning of the video (where GDC and WonderCon take place). Then if memory serves they are driving south-west along Mission or something; it's hardly the shadiest part of San Francisco, though they are approaching the Tenderloin and Hunter's Point (which ARE the shadiest parts of San Francisco). Pretty much all of Downtown San Francisco that isn't shopping malls looks like that, though.
This video reminds me why I don't drive to work in Downtown SF.
How did Whiskey Media manage to acquire the old HotSpot phone number?
I can't believe this game was made in San Francisco, don't they know I have no room in my house to play a game like this? =(
