To continue to live in the world as a robot.  Yeah...maybe I'll get into future space adventures or be a gritty future space robot cop space cop.

Seriously though I'd prefer to just not have one.

Unless they're young, dumb, barroom trash (or all three), I don't see any girl objecting to a "nice" guy.  I mean that's such a broad term that to me means "not a dirt-bag".  I'm gonna assume most guys are nice so I don't have any fear that nice guys will finish last in the boning race.

Maybe a broader concept could roll up smaller ones.  For example the joke of "unnamed middle eastern country" could encompass an idea that games take place in real world looking places but are fictional if not removed from Earth to begin with.

However as it stands, I agree with the initial deletion.

My brain likes to think of the joystick as well a goddamn stick.  So when the top goes down, the bottom goes up and so does my screen view.

Console invert-ebrate right here.

PC games though?  Those are truly the crazy people in this war.

The way I look at it every subject is a derivative of science because English is the study of the language and content, namely literature, of a culture (the world or a specific nation) and math is a tool developed by people in order to calculate the world around them.  History is a collection of the past as formulated and verified by evidence and evidence based thinking.  Hell "social studies" is a misnomer because it's just science but studying human products such as economy, psychology, sociology etc.  So one way or another you can look at something in a scientific manner so pushing science is never a bad thing in my eyes.  The only problem I have is the way we have compartmentalized subjects and wholly separate and distinct from others.

If you took your history, you would know that America has had the motivation to push Math and Science before (i.e. The Cold War) and this time it's for the same reason: international competition.  Being industrialized nations, our virility in the international field in terms of economy and such is directly related to our scientists and engineers.  As a result schools around the nation have a seeming pressure put on them to emphasize Math and Science in order to produce more engineers and such to compete with countries like India and China.

I've always felt that the statistics behind American test scores was biased and really not the reason you push any one subject.  Test scores is an issue of the states scrambling to plug up this hole or that in their system based on the score and what they can get from the government as a result of said score.

Salutary neglect and technological limitations are what allowed the idea to grow in the first place and prevent Britain from fighting at full strength.

Manifest destiny was the last chance anyway had of rebelling based on being neglected for a while.  After industrialized man hit all corners of the globe that was yet uninhabitable, it was game over.  The international community would never allow another colony to be made (on Earth anyway), especially with other people there.  That is the only way a tried and true revolution will ever take place again.  Otherwise it will be nothing but civil wars and sectarian fighting as seen in the Middle East, Africa, and some parts of Asia.

Due to achievements, I got back into the original L4D recently and then I realized how more awesome L4D2 is so I finally said I should actually buy that game.  Now that Steam throws a 33% off sale on it making it 20 bones, it looks really enticing.  Besides the game now has The Passing which should be fun for the whole family.  Since it will be included into the cost (hey it's free after all!) should I get it?

I just want to make sure because I'm a frugal bastard.

EDIT:  The search feature to attach to a page didn't work so there.

Australia.  I feel like someone needs to wrangle 'em after Paul Hogan has been slacking.  Maybe make it so gaming is actually a financially viable hobby down there.  Besides most of the people live on the coast so it's easy to control and water on every side makes it easy to defend.  My only rival would be China really but then again, who isn't their rival these days.

Seriously though that is awesome.  I was wondering why he seemed so familiar.  That's a cop look I guess. Or Swery really liked Persona 4.

@tylerjacob:  People WILL bitch and rally behind their favorite team but really...shit like this happens all the time on the internet.  Besides think of all the hundreds, nay thousands of users on GameSpot that would use this because GB isn't a thing for them.

Not only that but from what I can gather, they are reaching out to a company that collects this kind of data anyway so it's not like the market isn't already there to distribute it.  Hell this kind achievement stat tracking thing has been going on the PC for quite a few years now, most notably Steam (they just don't have S-Ranks really).

Great to all those people who are active in GS's community but not here.  However I'm already invested here and the interface on the site is better than GameSpot's in my opinion.  I'm not going to start bashing them because I have no reason.  I'm listening to The HotSpot right not for fuck's sake.

EDIT:  Aw shit.  I hate it when I post as first person in repeat threads.  Bah whatever, delete the shit or whatever.
