OP, I agree with you.

I think Giant Bomb shouldn't use the negative option and give ample notice.

Additionally I think a good company would honor your request to have your money refilled as you clearly didn't want to continue being subscribed and only noticed it because your credit card company informed you, and not the company that wants your money. Also you immediately contacted them, so "No refunds" is a shitty reply for customer satisfaction.

This is very unfortunate for you but I hope this thread helps others that are not interested in continuing their subscription to cancel the re-billing.

The way they try to justify Nikola Tesla's existence in the Void is disgraceful. So he was missing a few days before he died? And 3 days in our world could mean 20 years in the Void. I wonder why his character doesn't look 106 then. Because he was 86 when he died.

Apparently you value achievements. So go with the xbox 360 version, unless you get the PS3 version for much cheaper that would offset your desire to get the achievements. As you said, the game looks very similar on both consoles. Only the PC versions sets itself apart with the PhysX stuff.

I started with an Adapt until I unlocked the Singularity ability and then created a Vanguard that had Singularity.

So you have nearly every Adapt power (Only one is missing, IIRC), plus medium armor and shotgun if you like that.

I used google cache to look at some whois services.
