A lot of people break up after college, so it's not really a surprise. Having advanced notice is actually nice, now you can get on with your life. Try to not let it affect your grades and make sure you replace the time you would've spent with him with other social activities. If you just spend it moping around alone you're going to dredge up negative emotions with no one there to support you.

Now get out there and bag yourself a handsome pussy eater, I believe in you!

P.S. I know you know, but this isn't a dating advice website try: http://www.girlsaskguys.com/

I quite enjoyed this game, but I didn't find it all that hard. Relatively generous bonfire placement removed the only thing I found annoying/challenging about demon souls. Sure I died a lot, but usually the fix was pretty obvious.

The only thing that I really had trouble with was invasions, still I did alright... even though most of the invaders seemed to actually know what they were doing/had normal people builds/lagged into back-stabs non stop.

My favorite thing about this game is the viability of such a wide range of builds, my current run through I have a guy who does high rolls in full Elite Knight Set it's pretty fucking dumb, but I love it. It really didn't seem to me like there was a significant penalty for death in Dark Souls considering how easy it is to farm; although personally I enjoyed it that way. It's definitely in my top 5 of the generation, I just never really felt the need to pat myself on the back for playing it =\.

Edit: I should clarify that I only ever took a character to NG+2, so it's possible I missed the truly horrific challenges.

It's probably intentional, I've had teachers like this before, if you bring it up you're just putting everyone in an awkward position. It's up to you, but honestly just spend some time here over the Christmas break bringing your skills up to the level that would've gotten you that A and count your blessings. Post Secondary is a business not some bastion of higher ideals, the same dean who would chastise your professor for this sort of thing will bend a knee to fellate the next celebrity or corporate success story who walks through his office door.

Isn't it just Chris Henderson, which I guess would also put him in the dirtbag category. The loveable type of dirtbag though.

Sweet snacks are for jerks.

Naw, I'm honestly venture into both worlds but I usually prefer a salty treat. Mostly chips, nuts, popcorn and the likes.

Living is cheap if you don't have kids and/or any serious(video games don't count) addictions you need to fund, just keep your jimmy hat on and/or stay on the pill and power through shits pretty easy without dependents. If you really want to whole traditional home owner platonic family by 30ish type thing get ready for a fucking grind though. I'd say finish your degree it's sort of meaningful(You could get a job as a junior editor or something) and it won't get easier going forward.

Also if your parents paid for it, not you, then ask them honestly what their expectations are(What both of them have to say, not just the happy go lucky one). Bottom line don't disrespect something they spent years of their life working for. I'm sure you know this but writing fiction is a hobby till you start getting paid not a profession. Work is often much more monotonous than school, the grass will just always look greener from the other side.

What about Merrill makes her a good or interesting character? She always struck me as nothing more than an infantile buffoon clearly set on a path to endanger everyone's well being with nothing other than ignorant curiosity as the seeming character motivation. If you choose the wrong dialogue choice at a pivotal moment you'll be forced to kill her entire tribe, when objectively the only one who has done anything wrong is her, after which she seemingly expresses no regret for their loss. In summary she's a sociopath and an underdeveloped predictable one at that.
