I've followed him on Twitter forever. The sense of humour involved in finding him funny is something you either "get" or you don't.  He applies insane ideas to ordinary situations and it can become hilarious.

Cella was playing KOF '97 with Boxer on his stream yesterday.  Boxer completely worked him. I watched for around an hour and a half and Cella won once or twice, and they were even playing money games for part of it.  Boxer is insanely good at singing the Trololololo song, his voice is so deep that it fits perfectly.

I've played it, and continue to play it, since it was released. I just don't post about it here because no one else does.  I've seen people from GB on Team Liquid a couple times.

I think there is a fair number of us that still play. I'm kinda getting burnt out at this point unfortunately.

The lack of new maps on ladder (Don't count the two new ones, they're awful. I mean GOOD maps) has made 1v1 a little less fun lately.  We've been playing variations of Lost/Shattered Temple for nearly a year and a half now, same with Metalopolis, Xel'Naga Caverns etc. and it is getting kinda dry.  The only good map Blizzard has put out in 2011 is Antiga Shipyard, and even that had to be redone for competitive use (Tal'Darim isn't made by Blizzard, they just added rocks to it. It was a GSL map).  Every other new map was shunned by the community (rightly so, they were horrible compared to the maps used in competition) and taken out of ladder.

Sonata Artica , listen to the song "Black Sheep" you may like it

Indeed.  That's a decent song.  My personal favourite is this:
You really can't go wrong with anything off Ecliptica.

Oh and I just noticed the OP likes Iced Earth. Since you like that you will definitely like Pyramaze.  They even had Matt Barlow from Iced Earth record an album with them. Their old stuff is amazing too.

Here's some older Pyramaze as well. Such a good band.

Lost Horizon. The album cover on this video is wrong. I actually own a physical copy of the album this song is off and the lyrics book is the greatest thing of all time.  Every band member has an insanely complex stage name and overly dramatic biography. It's AWESOME.  Their old singer, Daniel Heiman, is a beast.

Also, if you like power metal you should check out folk metal perhaps and some melodic death metal. A lot of it is heavily inspired by power metal. Here's a couple songs to try out.  Wintersun is one of my favourite bands of all time.  Once you get used to the vocals it becomes way better than most stereotypical power metal.  WIntersun doesn't really fit a specific genre, they have power, melodic death, black, and prog metal elements in their songs. It's sheer genius.

And some folk/viking metally stuff. Ensiferum is a great starting point for anyone trying out folk metal. I still listen to this band. They're a lot of fun. Again, once you get used to the vocals it becomes a lot more fun to listen to.

I didn't really listen to any 2011 music other than K-pop on SC2 streams and when I am with my Korean friends, and I actually don't hate some of it so I'll post that.  I normally listen to jazz, EDM, and classical when I'm working on my math stuff for my degree so I listen to this stuff when I need something a little more light hearted. I also listen to a whole ton of metal but I have done that forever.

^This song will slowly consume you. It isn't all that great but you'll listen to it anyway, and if you watch Korean SC2 streams you will hear it a TON.  One guy played it on repeat for an hour one day.  All the MVs were blocked so audio only.

^TSLPolt plays this constantly on his stream (my favourite Terran).  It  makes no real sense when you compare the video to the lyrics, but that is the case with most K-pop.

OH SNAP, I just thought of another song I liked that's from this year. It's a song from a sick Canadian power metal band:

Wow listening to that is a slow descent into hell, especially once 1998 hits.

Edit: To be precise, the descent begins to accelerate after The Notorious B.I.G. By 2011, the lowering in quality of music accelerates so dramatically that it is in fact the only thing that can achieve the escape velocity required to leave a black hole.

They should do one for each year for the best selling song starting in the 50s and going to today. People would become severely depressed listening to that.

No doubt Duke Nukem Forever, but it's almost bad in an endearing way that makes me like it so I don't know. I need to play more of it. Mechanically though, it is awful.

I didn't buy too many 2011 games, and I have liked all of them. Probably the least played of them is BF3, which I can't get into, but it isn't a bad game.
