why would there be a problem between publisher and developer? If they don't get enough money then step on to a different company! J/K ok thats pretty f 'd up for the Itagaki Defense Force.

The fight between Tomonobu Itagaki, creator of such awesome game series as the new Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive, and Tecmo, publisher of the same games, is racking up. Itagaki just submitted document after document of evidence, including contracts, supporting his accusations of unpaid bonuses from Tecmo. One of these states that he was promised 6.66 percent (disturbing number...) of the profits made from Dead or Alive 4. He also promises that there's more where that came from. Oh snap!

Sure, it's unfair to take sides in an unfinished case... but I'm joining the Itagaki Defense Force!
