In 2012 I didn't buy as much games as I usually do. A lot of the games I bought/played did not come out this year. This list is a few games that I enjoyed this year but in no particular order. Maybe sometime in 2013 I'll make an actual list but whatevs..
Saints Row: The Third is the most fun video game I played in 2012. It's also the best one too. If it weren't for my brother borrowing my disc without asking and scratching it and me being too lazy to fix it I would probably be playing this instead of doing this stupid list
I have been playing this on an emulator on my iphone on a save that I made 12 months ago. It's still an amazing game and worthy of this faux GOTY list.
Because of the lack of games I want to play right now, I have spent over 50 hours playing this game with the volume turned down probably listening to a podcast on my phone. It's a really fun game with silly glitches that makes the game more fun. WWE Universe mode is silly.
Ahhh. If it weren't for me getting frustrated with the game near the end of the main story missions where I said 'fuck this' and haven't went back I might be still playing this.
I'm putting this here because 1. it's one of my favorite games of all time and 2. because I hate Halo 4. It's a very good game for sure but doesn't feel like Halo. Now I can't play it without just wanting to play this instead. I did play a good amount of this game to warrant my list too.
Minecraft is still awesome. It frustrates me how some mods are so annoying to add that makes me just never use them. I want to find a cool server to play on because I have never enjoyed myself in multiplayer.
This game may fly under the radar but it's one of the finest MMA games ever. The pride feature really makes this feel like a true sports game sequel instead of 2010 that had minor updates. Two years ago at first I wasn't a fan of EA MMA but after a few months I found myself loving it and I can't wait for UFC's new game under EA.
