Its pretty much a museum piece at best to be honest. It really represents a moment in time that unfortunately cannot be replicated except for a very select few. Out of those few I feel alot will not be too happy about the modernized analog directional viewing or the very muddy visuals. The flaws of the "port" heavily outweigh any of the nostalgia factor that it could have offered. In my opinion, it's just an attempt at a easy cash grab for them and to make matters worse it doesn't really feel or play like the original on almost any level. Sometimes things should be left in the past or played in its natural state i guess .

At this point it just seems like this whole thing has just been acquisition for a loss lead on taxes, horrible business practice. I know it's a near impossible thing to ask but the rest of the staff should just walk away and do their own thing whether through Twitch / Youtube / Name a platform. You are pretty much already out of a job, better to depart on your own terms. The days of having an office model for this type of content is pretty much dead and individuals will have to stand alone, or loosely affiliated together. In a perfect world I wish the fans could have bought out the brand and let you guys do your thing without corporate intervention, but we all know economically it doesn't work that way. Not to be extra depressing but it seems like dreams only exist so that you can be rudely awakened from them.
@nickm: Take your own medicine, and Irish goodbye out of the forums then. By your comment you seem like the kind of person that likes the smell of your own farts and hates everyone else's. Don't kid yourself you are no connoisseur just an a**hole. Some people actually have / had an investment in this site and personalities over the years and are totally entitled to their feelings.
The thrill is gone...has been for a long time. If you like it great I suppose but it's a shadow of its former self. The forums are embarrassing as far as moderation of spam ads. The whole thing feels unattended and kinda cringe.
