So I was just chillin, minding my own business. Parusing 'round the interwebs, annoyed that I can't play the Return to Ostagar DLC cause it's "delayed" and I just came across something great on the DA:O site check out this link.
Does anyone know what has happened to GiantBomb's PS3 trophy system? Or maybe someone can point me to another forum or something that would shine some light on this. I signed up for it like the day they released it, and it worked for about 2 days and then it just never worked again... I was kinda bummed when I saw the achievement contest stuff and I couldn't get in cause I only have a PS3. I plan on buying an XBOX later but still, sad. :(
consider my balls officially tickled. I'm pulling for Mass Effect (although it doesn't fit in the description given) but i don't think this will end up to be anything much more than a rumor.
Bioware i just wish they'd make a sweet ps3 game, i know they like to keep it simple and stick to xbox and pc (which i have) but i'd like to see a ps3 game from them. Kojima Productions , they just need to quit yankin my chain all the time i'm sick of quotes like "this is my last MGS" (just move on if your gonna leave it then DO IT) and fucking countdown clocks. Damn clock. don't get me wrong I love MGS, but I think they need to move on and do something new. I hear the radien game will be different, except kojima won't be working on it.but i guess that's just a japanese game dev rut that they are all stuck in. I love mgs and would like to play the new one but I think it's just something that needs to be said.
@Diamond: I'm using the same CPU i digg it. quad's aren't really necessary if your just gaming but they are pretty sweet for video editing from what i hear. I totally want to get my hands on a 260 nvidia card, i just got a 40 inch sony i use for both my pc and ps3 and i don't think my 8800GS is holdin up. but i'm still kinda new at it too. but yeah
there is also word on kotaku that there might be new chips coming. kotaku so... i probably just get a cheap card till the new ones come.... but that's up to you ;)
no way it's not too late to buy either console. sony is pretty in to the whole 10 year life cycle and ps2 is apparently still truckin. but i'd suggest to upgrade and get a ps3 cause of all the new exclusives. I have a ps3 and love it but... i will admit that i'm planning on buying an xbox 360 cause of Splinter Cell. i love those games.
bottom line don't expect a new console anytime soon. there's talk of maybe a new xbox but it's just a rumor. but i suggest PS3, with God of War3 and Uncharted2!!! awesome awesome awesome.
Hey you might like a pair of these man! http://www.turtlebeach.com/products/efp21/home.aspx I'm really thinking i'm gonna get a pair myself I'm currently using turtle beaches wireless headphones but they are for 360 :( so no mic but i would be nice to get these as my main headset. i'll keep the others cause they are still good even with co-op stuff.
