Gears of War 2 review 0

Pretty good enough sequel to one of the top selling Xbox 360 exclusive titles.  There are some new things they added that are pretty cool and there are some things that put it down but it still is a good sequel overall. The story continues off from the first Gears as you are fighting the locusts.  It starts off with B. Carmine coming in and you can either learn to play (train) or just get into the fight.  There are some new characters that you will meet in the game and you meet Tai first in the f...

Super Smash Bros Brawl review 2

Super Smash Bros Brawl has been one of the most anticipated games to come out on the wii and it sure brings a lot of great fun into the wii. The space embassy is a pretty cool story mode that gives you a nostalgic feel of playing an old nintendo 2D side scrolling classic except with updated graphics. This also makes a start by adding non nintendo characters into the scene such as Solid Snake and Sonic. Hopefully on the next Brawl, they would add more characters like Dante, Ken (from Street Fight...

Mario Kart 64 (Virtual Console) Review 2

Growing up playing with this game ever since I was a kid...I never got bored of it...the game always had a special place in my heart...unfortunately I lost my Mario Kart 64 copy for the N64 and I also was stuck on the next gen gaming....but now with technologies like virtual console, xbla, psn, etc. I can play these classics again and this here is a classic Ive havent played in ages. Mostly everything just feels like it did when I was 6 or 7...the graphics, sound, voices, etc. all felt the same...

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (XBLA) Review 1

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 is know to be one of the greatest Sega classics of all time. It is also known to be the pinnacle of the Sonic series. If all has to come down to it, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is definitely the best in the entire series and for only 400 Microsoft Points, you definitely get what you bargain for! Pretty much if you haven't played Sonic the Hedgehog (really, you must be a fool not to have) it's a 2D platformer video game, similar to that of Mario or Donkey Kong except you play as a ...

Guitar Hero III Review 0

This is the third installment of the Guitar Hero gaming series...It's a pretty good game, though just a bit behind II in the music range but there's enough to make up for it. If you ever played any of the other Guitar Hero games...then this is not too much of a difference other than online play but the soundtrack is still pretty good especially with exclusives like the Halo theme song that will give you both a laugh and also great feel for an addition. It isn't as great as Guitar Hero II's sou...

Final Fantasy VII Review 0

This perhaps is one of my favorite RPGs of all time.. Any video game fan could tell you this is a must have and if you never owned a PSX or just missed out on this and want to play this on your PC, then this is your chance. Now the PC version is almost the same port as the PSX version with some differences but Ill explain that as I go on. Gameplay: You will be going through a very deep adventure throughout this game...the storyline and also gameplay itself are something that will get you hooke...

Blue Dragon review. 0

Perhaps my first RPG I played on my Xbox 360 (before I eventually got to some other games) and I still have some memories with it. Lets go first on the gameplay...those familiar with the Final Fantasy series or any other turn based RPG will have no difficulty playing this...its pretty much the same thing, leveling up characters, turn based fighting, and all of that...What makes the game pretty fun is just how deep it is...the story is decent enough and the music also is magnificent...Nobuo Uema...
