If Jeff is doing the review then 4 at best. Personally I loved Fallout 3 and I can't wait for New Vegas.

Finally some new single player content.

Not a big suprise, New Vegas looks really good and the hardcore mode could be a fun challenge.

Hopefully The Elder Scrolls 5.
