I'm gonna be a little bummed out if the guys don't get into Witcher 3 in a big way. To me this should be a detailed discussion about the pros and cons of two incredible open world games. MGSV and Witcher 3. Although, I guess Fallout 4 could still throw a wrench in that. Or Just Cause 3.
I didn't think to take a picture of it at the time, but one of my more embarrassing moments was with the old Miracle Rogue. I was playing against a Hunter and was ready to end the game with Leeroy to the face. As I go to drag Leeroy I somehow manage to grab Backstab from my hand instead, which was directly under Leeroy. And then I backstabbed my own Leeroy. I think I still ended up winning, but boy was that stupid.
I've sort of kept up with This is Only a Test here and there, but not so much with anything else they've done after the split. I always loved the Will and Norm dynamic. It's not gonna be the same. Good luck to Will on his crazy thing, though! I hope it works out. And I hope it ends up being the metaverse. Dystopian cyberpunk future, go!
@vonsoot: I had similar problems, although with a lesser machine. There were times when everything worked smoothly, but now and again the OS would be completely bogged down my the monumental task of opening the task manager or (gasp) Chrome. One time I tried to do a search with the taskbar search thingy and that completely froze the OS. Some more crashing and not responding later, I rolled back to Win 8. What a waste of a Saturday.
I'll probably try again later when I do a bigger PC upgrade sometime next year.
I got my old PS3 Madcatz TE stick working through Joytokey. What a fantastic little program. I was even able to do Street Fighter style throwing with this thing. I don't think that's even possible from within Rising Thunder.
