Up until October I was always a runner that just did some calisthenics everyone once in a while, but since I came out to the sandbox I have been doing crossfit and loving it. Done within an hour and always feel destroyed but awesome at the same time.
I have been deployed three times to Afghanistan and once to Iraq, the intel we got from the POW's saved lives. We knew when IDF attacks were going to happen, how many rockets/mortars they had, when they planned VBIED attacks, where they dug IEDS, ect...
Do I think it horrible? Absolutely. Necessary, Yup.
Why should we follow the rules when the people trying to kill us do not.
My kid and I were walking out of Walgreens one night when some retard was sitting on the hood of my car with a box cutter told me to give him my keys. I always carry, so lifted up my jacket, he started crying and took off. Cops found him couple of hours later and he did some time.
On my first deployment all of my shit got stolen out of my storage unit but with insurance I came out on top.
