This shit makes me so goddamn angry, I can't even explain. Someone took someone else life just because they dressed in women's clothing? Where's the sense in that?
I don't know what your usual schedule is, but pick a couple All-Stars and play those. Having that list at the back of your brain will just drag you down.
On another note, there is no screened.com tab at the bottom of the Giantbomb page, yet all four other websites are at the bottom of screened's page. In-ter-est-ing.
I played it at a friends house for most of the day (7 hours or so) and it felt to me like all of it's seperate mechanics have been done better in other games. If you are constantly on the hunt for jrpg's then I would say this game is passable, but other then that I wouldn't recommend it as a stellar use of $60. Just my two cents.
The first game was just ok, and the second didn't improve. Other games have raised the bar since then. This situation seems just like when everyone got butthurt over Jeff's review of Twilight Princess, saying it was just like OOT, and if that game was prefect, how could TP not be as well? Well, if OOT came out today, it would suck, and if Lost Planet came out today, it would fare similarly, just as it's mostly-the-same sequal has.
