"I can't find this guy for the quest, "Replicated Man", where you go to Rivet City and find the identify of the android, now I got a optional quest to talk to Doctor Preston whom I already talked before but now he isn't letting me complete the quest. I search all the decks of Rivet City and can't find Pinkerton.

See, same thing happened to me. The quest marker points me in the direction of Dr. Preston, but he does not have shit to say. I hope this works. I did notice a bridge leading to the broken half of the ship, but the door it leads to is locked on hard.
