Killing floor is pretty fun, even though the enemies are not technically zombies.

I find that some games are more immersive with a controller. I have just started playing the witcher 2 and switched to using my wired controller instead of mouse and keyboard because I couldn't stand the sudden shifts in direction when moving with wasd.

I want to buy a 360 controller for my PC (to play bastion and other similar titles that work better with a controller) but I had a question before doing so. Can I buy a regular 360 wired controller or do I have to buy the 360 controller for windows (http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Xbox-360-Controller-Windows/dp/B004QRKWLA/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1325895509&sr=8-8)? I'd much rather buy the regular wired controller because it is cheaper but I want to make sure that it would work on pc before i buy it.

On a side note, I went to multiple stores tonight looking for a wired controller and none of them had it. Did they stop production of it?
