I disagree on The Saboteur. I had no interest in playing after finishing it. There was really nothing interesting to do, except whoring a few trophies.
But to answer the question, I would probably say Mass Effect 1.

This, and the one section in MGS3 where EVA was injured and you had to move through these big enemy patrols while looking after her health. That was a pain in the ass.
