I wasn't aware it was based off another old title. I thought they just came up the gameplay style themselves. I wonder what they'll base they're next game (if they make another one) will based off of.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to playing this. I loved Bit.Trip Beat, but I thought was a tad short. That and a lack of leaderboards was a little disappointing. Hopefully these problems have been addressed in Core.

It's not just you; I'd love to see it return as well. Those games were good until On Tour was released, that's when the series went downhill. Which is truly a shame, because it was a great series.

I'm really hoping it'll make a comeback sometime in the near future, and that the developers won't make the same mistakes they did with the last two games.

If it doesn't do well on the PSP (like the previous GTA games on the PSP), then I imagine it will.

I think it was them wanting more money since Rockstar is/was the most profitable third party publisher on PSP. "
I suppose so. But I imagine low sales were partly responsible for porting 'em to the PlayStation 2.

Nope. I'm thinking of renting it though. But I definitely don't see myself buying it anytime soon -- or at all for that matter.

I usually browse the sites I visit (those being Giant Bomb, and GameSpot) while listening to it. That or just sit back and enjoy.

Figures that something would get messed up after they take it down for a day. You'd think they'd know how to prevent that from happening now. Or at least be quick about fixing it.

If that keeps the game from having horrid voice actors, then I'm all for it. i just hope the game won't be horribly translated. That probably won't happen, but you never know. I'm just hoping it won't.
