I tweeted this thread to Daniel. Best if you report it to them so that they can contact the ad agency. They can't control these things until they happen, and even then there isn't a great deal they can do.

This comes down literally to me just flagging them in my browser with a tool the agency provided and saying "remove this shit" and they do it. The trick is, finding it.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE always email me with a screen cap directly at my email address daniel@whiskeymedia.com whenever you see these so I can address it immediately. This is seriously one of the most important aspects of what I do at Whiskey, and I take it very seriously. I hate shitty, nefarious ads as much as you guys, and I want to make sure they don't show up on our sites.

@Branthog: why does this need to be flagged? It's a fair question. They were released quite close together, and are from different developers. A lot of people have opinions on which is the better game out of these 2 specifically.
If you meant like, get to the end of Dark Souls and had to start from scratch yeah, i'd be pretty pissed.
Or if you mean like Fallout 3 or NV not letting you back into the open world after the main story, also, yeah pretty pissed.
But if you mean stuff like, Gears of War or i dunno Ninja Gaiden 2's lack of NG+ on a higher difficulty, then sometimes it's ok as very few games have the structure to pull off a NG+. Most games that do are designed around the fact they have NG+.
They cannot compare. I S ranked dark souls at 101:4:00 and ive got roughly 80 hours in skyrim and i feel, they're too different. I like both for different reasons.
