Somewhere in the whole hacking process to get the code this time around, though, is some screen of Jade hiding in some place that's not in the game from an unmasked Alpha guard...
...
So I'm thinking there's gonna be DLC for this game.
@ShoundshLikeFunf: Playing a lot. I'll say that the way the game handles dying and restarting is so smooth that it's hard to not find yourself playing a ton. And I find you just gradually get better the more you play, that sinister World 1 romhack level becomes really easy by the time you've finished some World 5 stages.
My experience with Kinnect Adventure so far has been pretty rad. That ball-swatting minigame is kind of nuts. And I unlocked a furry rodent that I've made to yell out "WARP ZONE!" in a digitized voice.
If you've ever had fun at a party with a Wii, then you will probably have more fun with this.
I just got it. It's the scariest shit ever. Call me a sucker for initial novelties, but the THING recognizes my hand movements!
I noticed about a second's worth of lag in navigating menus, but...FUCK! That thing I think is called an avatar wearing that Earthworm Jim suit I got it, is replicating my movement!
It's a free downloadable 8-bit homage-gone-wrong starring the Kid, who wants to be the Guy. A lot of NES character sprites and a great amount of pain ensues. http://kayin.pyoko.org/iwbtg/
I mean all the stages, light and dark world, all bandages, hidden characters, romhack worlds, achievements, and the first downloadable set of episodes?
I'm both proud of myself, scared of myself and sad that it's done. (For now.) And found myself downloading I Want to Be The Guy...which is so much more evil than Super Meat Boy.
" Maybe this speaks for how devalued Tekken has become over the years, but this feels like a step down for Capcom after Street Fighter 4. "
Tekken is the premier 3D fighting game today, I don't know what you're talking about. Anyways, I think this is a good venture for both franchises being that they are the most popular in their respective categories. As Jeff mentioned I'm more interested in the Capcom version rather than the Namco one though. Capcom has been on a roll with excellent fighting games that pretty much lead the 2D fighting scene, and it'll be interesting to see how they change Tekken characters to fit the mold. It's a bit funny that there was a Virtua (Street) Fighter spoof on April 1st yet Tekken is actually making that come true. "
Well if Tekken is the premier 3D fighting game today, I guess that speaks for how devalued 3D fighting games have become.
