I've played some horrible games just so I could see the story. I'm fine if story gets even more focus in the future.

Great list! You reminded me about my 40 hours this year in Theatrhythm and I'm going through Binary Domain now. You also reminded me to finish up Resident Evil and Kid Icarus. I forgot I was halfway through both. Your top 10 is a success in my book.

Just edit your post and break it up into smaller paragraphs. Walls of text are never fun to read.

Uncharted 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Mass Effect 2, Bioshock, Halo 2 All reviewed very well. All had really shitty endings. I understand the disappointment, but for the love of god, give it a rest

Just my opinion but I think Uncharted 2 was the best video game ending I've ever seen.

On a side note, didn't the people who disliked the ending make a $80,000 donation to the Child's Play charity? I remember the people on the forum from that page were saying they didn't like the way game journalists portrayed ending haters so they tried to make as high of a charity number as possible to show that they were going to complain in at least a mature way.

I'm someone who doesn't like playing hard games (unless it's a platformer) and I managed to beat the game. Just do some grinding and some reading up on how the systems work and you should be ok. Is it easy? no. And it lead to me putting the game down for a few weeks. But was it fun? Yes, since it was pretty unique as long as you don't count the character development.

I roll my eyes most of the time when something sex related has happened in games; but I felt like it added a lot in a small scene in the beginning of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. I just feel like it was tastefully done and made what happened after mean more.

DOA4's boss was just a lesson in frustration for me. So if the single player difficulty is manageable, I'll most likely pick this up when it's cheaper. I can't wait to see that story mode craziness.

Definitely one of my favorite games of all time. It just hit all the right buttons for me. The first dlc was fun and the second was a pain but I still enjoyed it. I wouldn't recommend it unless you really want more of the game. But the first is definitely the better investment. Overall, this game was amazing and I was glad I gave the game a second chance after not really liking the demo.

Final Fantasy 3 and 12 are the game I actually quit on. 3's final dungeon just left you with no saves so the hours i sunk into and its final boss it were wasted. And in 12 I didn't have good enough magic spells so he wiped the floor with me, the fact that there were no save spots also left me discouraged, Final dungeons with no save points are the worst.
