How else are they supposed to perform widespread tests on a massive number of unique situations? I am so sick of people like you acting like they know everything. It's perfectly optional, and it helps improve the service. It's not like you're giving up precious gaming time to make them money, it's to improve the fucking service that you pay for. You could easily set this to run over night and it'd probably waste as much of your time and do as much harm to your 360 as an hour long gaming session. Instead of being arrogant, maybe you should try looking at something for more than two seconds. Or better yet, don't do it! That's why it's optional. "

Personally, I don't get very agitated towards games, of course I swear at characters when they do something that prevents me from doing something I want to do. Like an enemy stopping me from completing my objective a few times. Never have I thrown a controller or broken something, that is going too far, and gamers who do this need to get a new hobby. My house mate on the other hand, can not lose a life more than once without screaming profanities at the TV, and this humours me immensely. I do watch him play games, hoping he will lose just to see him shout at the TV. 
 
My male house mate, sounds a lot like your boyfriend, it isn't a normal person's reaction. Either find humour in it, tell him to sort it out, or threaten breaking up with him especially if he puts gaming before watching a film with you.

Well 2012 marks the end of the World, so lets hope 2011 is the best year for games.

What? Really!? I hate to doubt you Jeff, but them levels seem quite... hard to imagine. Maybe because it is DNF, if this is real thou, I can not wait to see.

I can't wait to play certain games. Halo: Reach for example, I AM NOT waiting more than 30 minutes to play it. Games where I am like, oh it looks good, I can wait and end up not even wanting it.
