@snide: I got the same message stating "Whoops! Blah, blah, blah..." and my page ALSO says that I have no achievements, but my Steam page says I have no achievements as well. I haven't logged into Steam in a while so maybe I am just an idiot and don't know where to go to find them. Oh well!
I just added my Steam account and I'm shocked to find that I have no achievement points. Crazy! I also noticed that my history only goes back to November 18th or so when I've been using Steam since Half LIfe 2 came out and I KNOW that I got points for beating Portal and other stuff a few years ago. Oh well!
Hey y'all! This is probably an incredibly stupid question, but can you use a bluetooth mouse and keyboard with the PS3? I don't have one myself, but a friend of mine recently became the proud owner of an old-school backwards compatible PS3 and I thought I remembered hearing that you could actually use a mouse and keyboard with it. Personally, I don't like playing FPSs on consoles and thought it would be rad if you could play Killzone 2 with the aforementioned bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Thanks!
Yeah, I kinda wish that they had done something a bit different with the new 3D Mario. New Super Mario Bros looks cool. Mario vs Donkey Kong will be good and what's up with the new Metroid? Crazy. Gotta go! Sony press conference is starting!
@giyanks22: I agree with just about everything you said except the part about Halo (I was never a Halo fan) and Beatles Rock Band (HUGE BEATLES FAN). The Epic XBLA game looks rad as I've always been a huge fan of the Metroidvania games. The Monkey Island stuff is extremely exciting as well even though that all leaked out a few days ago. I have a great amount of confidence in Telltale games to pull it off after what they did with Sam & Max.
The one thing that I would have added would be TIM FREAKIN' SCHAFER!!! They should have Tim Schafer at every press conference. Brutal Legend is my most anticipated game I would have to say. Very exciting.
Also, you talked about the Microsoft conference mainly so it's possible that you missed Tim Schafer's bit. It was very exciting.
I gotta say that the Epic game (whatever it was called, I have a bad memory) looked pretty rad. The dude's mic failing was more unfortunate for him than it was for me (I could hear him, I just had to squint my ears), but it was ok because of CliffyB's shirt which was also rad.
I'm poor and unemployed and I'm not going to be able to purchase any of the games that are going to be featured at E3 this year because I'll probably still be poor and unemployed, but this is super-exciting. Microsoft and EA blew the roofs off the places. Ubisoft was pretty "meh" I thought. Can't imagine what's going to happen with Sony and Nintendo tomorrow. Looks like I'll be getting to sleep early tonight.
