Uh what? The hardcore mode in CoD 4 was separate mode, separate from the several "regular" modes. It didn't have any impact on the regular modes. I personally like to have the option to play "hardcore" or arcade when I'm in the mood.

Yeah I can't help but feel the same way. Call of Duty 4 was great because it was something fresh with a lot of cool new ideas, but MW2 seems like just more of the same. I'll still probably buy it but I don't know if I'm willing to shell out $60 for it day one.
OP is right but I doubt it's as bad as he's making it seem. I had Killzone 2 and inFAMOUS freeze on me after the update but it's only happened once. I haven't yet had any trouble with my PS3 reading discs and everything else has been solid ever since the update.

Yeah it really does for those sites that scale with your browser window. It's best if you can run dual monitors, one portrait, one normal. I already feel bad for those with 30" monitors that read pages on the internet on a regular basis.
