Thats what it is. I figure I can do a blog to express what I thought of the game as a whole as I go through the various endings on the long road to maybe one year.. or ten down the road of getting this platinum. Considering my Hype for this game so far, I figure it was obvious I would try (most likely fail) but i will try.
 
As I step back and look on this game as a whole I would sit and agree I thought the best part about the game was the story as a whole. The worst is the block climbing, but, I say worst in the fact that I'm not very good at it, and I don't have the patience of a saint. I get frustrated easy and I tend to rage quit at times only to come back five minutes later. XD But no, the block puzzeling was not the highlight of this game, but in the end i felt really damn smart when i finally figured it out. Then again I had to redo them to get golds and the cycle starts over my my rage quitting and so forth, I endured, I have all Normal golds grabbed..
 
I should have been done with this game at least five days ago, I guess i'm a glutton for punishment. SPANK ME CATHERINE IMMA BAD GURL~
 
I'll be talking about game endings but I WILL be covering them with spoiler boxes so people can just open the one that got and read my thoughts on that and I avoid spoiling others. I wish this was the way the spoilers were done in the Catherine threads but they weren't.. Ah well right?

Okay so we Allllllll saw this bad boy coming a mile away. It was obvious from the get go her true end would be her and Vincent getting married, though being my first ending and seeing that Mr. Thomas Mutton, responsible for it all had to hold it at the bar was a nice touch. At least he held his end of the bargain and was a man of his word for losing. I loved the cake he brought, if you didn't see it it was shaped like the tower with little sheep pushing on the 'blocks' of cake. I don't think Vincent found it amusing. But hell he's catering and so on at your party Vince! Let him do the cake how he likes. lol.
 
Erica being Eric was spoiled for me a while ago but it was cute seeing Toby's reaction and wanting his V-card refunded. But once that hole is punched there is no refunds dear ^.~ I don't feel bad for him, if anything Erica should snatch that little bugger up, you can do it girl! She did catch the bouquet.. sooo... hehehe
 
Orlando getting back with his wife was a nice touch, she looked a lot like that chick from persona 4 if you thought about it. All in all a very typical happy little ending with Vincent 'growing up' and settling down. But I couldn't help but think it was kinda cheap..
 
He came to the conclusion to marry her due to the fact he thought she was pregnant and he cared about her enough to man up for that fact, but when I found out she wasn't pregnant and had been delaying telling him so, well I was a little miffed to say the least. That and how they made up didn't make too much sense to me even if they had boss explain. So in the end it didn't make a lot of sense for them to marry and then it did.. hard to explain.
 
But what the heck were they singing in the karaoke picture with the ladybug outfits lol
 
Also.. small note, while I was rewatching the ending on youtube I noticed something curious (as did other youtubers) that on the chalkboard instead of saying "Vincent and Katherine" it said "Vincent and Catherine" no joke, take a look when you get the chance, you see it when Erica asks boss for more champagne. I wonder if that is a slip up.. or Boss was just an ass lol
 
All and all i did like the ending, but with what all happen I wouldn't think that Katherine would have came back to him.
 
I just have one question.. what was going on with Johnny during the nightmares.. WHO was he talking about. I guess i need to do more endings. But I gotta say this, I'm glad you can't just kill boss off, he's a pretty cool character that guy.
 

Catherine: True Cheaters End

Man... Not sure what to say about this one or how to start.. I really don't. XD
 
To some point this was spoiled for me that it had to do with Vincent becoming a demon of some sort to be with Catherine. So I expected something dark, rather morbid... I was so wrong and I'm really glad I was.
 

Vincent getting Boss to summon her over I was expecting begging to a point from him, or her kicking his ass for having her summoned, I'm not sure, but it seemed innocent. Vincent poured his heart out on how she changed his life and turned it upsidown, but it showed him how much he wasn't into the life that Katherine was going to make him have. He wanted to be free, to have a good time with a girl like her. This all to me felt a little more natural. Katherine was forcing Vincent to 'grow up' and pretty much shoved him into a corner with the pregnancy scare to where, while he didn't want to give up what he had, he had no choice, willing to do so for the mother of his child.
 
So when he found out about her not being pregnant was an obvious relief, though broken up whens he broke it off with him. Considering they had been together so long it was understandable. But he basicly admits to Catherine that his eyes are open and he knows what he wants. Catherine also honest says she can't be exclusive nor have children with him, oh and did she not mention she is a demon?
 
Vincent was just ready to go, no matter where it took him as long as he got to be with her, even if he had to share he was good. He'd be free and happy. All this goes into a

whirlwind of meeting her demon father and Catherine accepting to being married to Vincent. Even admitting that she stood up her other 'dates' to meet with him. Such as Steve. Whom on day two she runs off saying she has a dentist appointment and they get mad when your late. It becomes obvious later that Steve was the dentist she kept standing up/ gabbing about Vincent too. Apparently she really did like Vincent.  lol. Much to her daddy's dismay. lol 
 
Oh and Boss being creepy as fuuuckkk in Vincent and Catherine's bed was a nice touch.. he's such a creeper, but i suppose it's better when people watch lol
 
The images of them going off on a adventure of sorts, beating down demons and taking names was both cute and funny as hell at the same time. Had a very Ghouls and Goblins feel to it all. Vincent kicking ass in his boxers and a sword on his back lol.
 
Now when I thought it was over, apparently it had just begun, opening back up to a shot of... STEVES HEAD?!!?!!? Oh that poor, poor bastard... He always wondered where his Catherine was.. well she is now with Demon ass Vincent the king of shit in hell! Not to mention he's got a bunch of other hot and ready ladies willing and waiting to come to his beck and call.
 
Catherine not wanting to go to 'work' was a nice touch, pointing out how no one is hotter than her Vincent.. way to stroke a guy's ego huh? Not to mention this is all happening right on Catherine's Father's back of all things.. that poor guy. lol
 
Is it obvious I loved this ending?

Needless to say so far this is my favorite ending. Hands down. I guess I need to get two more endings to talk about.. I'll get to work ont hat!

I agree, the lovers ending was pretty cliche. I found it to be kinda boring, except for the part with Erica. The cheaters ending was more exciting, not to mention funnier.

i never got why Vincent wanted to be with Katherine.  she just seemed like a bitch throughout the whole game.  maybe she was a good girlfriend before the game began but i will never know...  i like how they didnt kill off the Boss and he had bandages on his face.  i think i liked the true lovers ending because it showed Katherine's unbitchy side?  and it was just a nice ending where everyone was happy so i think i liked it better

I have only gotten true cheaters ending and i loved it aswell. But I honestly felt that it made no sense in context to the story and Vincent character development, especially after the whole escort mission and the scene after that .
 
I also played the whole game answering completely honestly to what i felt and got a total maxed out chaos bar pretty quick. Does that make me a bad person? Though i guess it makes sense hehe.
