I pulled the title straight from the article because there's really no other appropriate way to frame it. I hope it turns out to be false, but her last forum post is so chilling I literally read it and got vertigo. This is the kind of stuff that really gets to me. When I was a kid, a friend of mine got harassed repeatedly after accidentally giving out her real info in an AIM chat, and she almost took her own life. People need to learn from this, there's a point where internet trolling and lulz becomes hate and harassment. I don't even know what else to say except I hope she's actually ok.

I understand them trying to make a living, but these guys are part of an EXTREMELY successful business. One that just a few months ago was given $500,000 to go "ad-free". Now on top of that, they put up a Kickstarter with a mock "goal" of $10 that is basically saying "we know you idiots will give us money, so why bother with a number?"

Let me make something clear: I am a HUGE fan of Penny Arcade. I own multiple collections of their comics, and have played through the first two Rain Slick games. This to me just REEKS of greed, and overall it hurts Kickstarter, in my opinion.

Imagine if Coca-Cola made a Kickstarter to "create a new flavor of coke", wouldn't that be disgusting? I think Penny Arcade is coming REEEEALLY close to that.

I've played about 13 hours of SimCity this week, and aside from the beginning when I was searching for "My server", I've had almost no problems. The occasional hiccup that resulted in some weird numbers, but they resolved quickly.

My problem with the smaller cities is realism. When your city starts getting dense, your residential areas turn into luxury skyscrapers and condos, but how many cities with <100,000 population do you know with skyscrapers?

They announced that, but Cheetah speed plus achievements and leaderboards seem to be working for me.

I have a city in a region with one other stranger, and I've managed 30,000 population plus a fully stocked Police Precinct and Hospital. I would love to wrap your region in the warm embrace of safety and health. I'm already on NAW3 too, so it was like, meant to be and stuff.

Bought the disc version from Amazon, installed it on release and couldn't play. The next day I still couldn't play, so I RMA'd it back to Amazon. Already received my confirmation email saying my refund has been processed.

Today, just for fun, I went to Origin to see if I could reinstall it(I could.) Started playing it a few hours ago and it feels good man.

I have at least 2 of every console released in the last 10 years, and I'm running out of space.
