I don't find the act of struggling in a game particularly interesting and will lower the difficulty with the goal of having fun.
I don't see how eventually figuring out a way to cheese an enemy is rewarding, like finally solving a difficult puzzle, i don't feel happy or excited just relief that it's over, and i'll be wishing i was doing something else the entire time.

"Can Tekken eclipse Street Fighter?" Yes, it did, kind of.
With the disappointing release of SF5 and how surprisingly fun Akuma was in Tekken 7 many SF fans hopped over for a bit, there's always been more entrants in EVO for SF5 since Capcom is in the roots of the tournament, however at home Tekken has surpassed SF.
I can only use Steam numbers as evidence but Tekken 7 has regularly had on average 2-5k more players than SF5, the new fighters are at peak popularity but even then KOF15 is 1k behind Tekken and Strive, despite having a very popular arrival, is 3k behind. Obviously this is just PC and console numbers could prove the opposite but i believe they'd show a similar story, SF5 is exclusive to Playstation so Xbox owners aren't even playing it, and there's an issue with input lag on the PS4/PS5 which made PC the preferred platform for hardcore players.
SF will always be more iconic, it's literally Capcom's identity despite having much more profitable franchises, but Tekken 7 has been the king in terms of popularity this whole time.
Also there's 4 Tekken movies, one of them is ok :P, i love the Street Fighter movie.

I think an FOV slider should be mandatory in games, it's an accessibility option for many people just like subtitles, people with motion sickness find that zooming out the camera helps, and while i don't suffer motion sickness i find a too zoomed in perspective really uncomfortable, like i'm a horse wearing blinders.

I play all games on PC now, but back when i was playing all the various fps's on 360 i decided i wanted to replay Prey, which is one of the few shooters of the era that was developed on PC and ported to console and features a PC FOV, and that's when i realised that a pulled out FOV feels way better and that the "more narrow FOV because it's on a TV" excuse is bullshit, it's better in any situation and is only done so they don't have to optimise performance, it's convenient and lead to LOADS of PC ports that lack an FOV slider.

The first game i can think of with that shiny pixelated style isn't actually that old, it's the System Shock remake that's still in development, though i'm sure there's an indie game somewhere that's done it before.

Unfortunately for Saints Row, every game looks like this now.
