Hypothetically speaking, if I had a problem with two members of a forum, I would have started a dialog with the individuals separately. I would be forthcoming in a professional as possible manner in what I thought was needed to resolve the situation. If we came to an impasse, appropriate actions would then be taken on an individual basis.
If you were to leave Giant Bomb how would you do it?
A: Write my manifesto and name the individuals that I have a grievance with.
B: Start a PM to say my goodbyes.

No, that just seems like the way to do it, plus, the answers seem different from the realities that have taken place.
