I vote and peruse the news. That's about it. 

Just finished The Shadow of the Torturer, moving on to The Claw of the Conciliator in Gene Wolfe's Book of the New Sun series.  
 
Incredibly rich writing style and universe. My favorite sci-fi novel since I read Iain Bank's Look to Windward.

Dubstep, as a genre, offends me but I can appreciate a well made track. Good job on this.

This is completely amazing.  I can't wait to see what content comes out of this.

Podcasts can help you get to sleep because they cancel out racing thoughts. Buzz Out Loud and/or Tech News Today are good daily podcasts I listen to as I go to sleep.   If you don't have roommates you can play the podcast through iPod speakers. 

If I start feeling down or overwhelmed I just listen to music for like an hour and I feel much better.  Playing guitar is also a good stress reliever, but I'm not quite good enough yet to finish learning a song before I get tired of it. 
 
No matter what happens music will be there. That's comforting. 

My vote goes to San Andreas. There was just more you could do in the sandbox than in any other  GTA released so far.

 Maybe you can make philosophical arguments against them; they are abstractions (like almost all the labels we apply to things), but the science is done.
